Shipping Policy

Delivery

Products ordered before 2:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. and on weekends are shipped the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES:Packages are delivered by Budbee, DHL, or PostNord Sverige AB. They are delivered on weekdays in accordance with the delivery companies’ own terms and conditions, usually within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. If a package is ordered for pickup at a collection point, you will receive a notification that the package is ready for pickup at a location near your address. The package will be held at the pickup location for 7 days and will then be returned to BAM. For more information, see below regarding unclaimed packages.

Standard shipping is 49 SEK – This shipping option is used for deliveries to private individuals and business addresses.

Unclaimed packages

BAM will charge 150 SEK if a package is left unclaimed. This fee covers shipping and handling costs. If you decide to cancel your purchase, you must pick up the package in order to return it.

Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right to return your product under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
